Each year traumatized children receiving services from the agency’s programs, who will be attending traditional schools in the fall, are matched with sponsors who agree to provide them with: 2 New Outfits of School Clothing, a Backpack, and School Supplies.
Your kindness and generosity shows these children that they matter to someone, and helps them start the school year ready to learn with their heads held high and a spring in their step.
As a sponsor you will receive an individual information sheet about each buddy you have been matched with in late July. This sheet will include information about the child to help you shop - sizes, clothing needs, and a supply list, as well as details like their favorite color, animal, or cartoon character.
