The Outpatient Treatment Services program at The Children’s Place is designed to address the needs of children two to eight years of age who are struggling to successfully function emotionally and/or behaviorally in the home, school or community environments. Children are often referred to the Outpatient Treatment Services program to cope with issues including divorce, grief issues, domestic violence, community violence, and child abuse and neglect.

Services available through the Outpatient Treatment Services program include:

Diagnostic Services
        Developmental Screenings
        Parenting Assessments
        Psychological Evaluations
Therapy Services
        Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
        Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
        Traditional Play Therapy
        Child-Parent Psychotherapy
