Day of Caring "I Volunteer" Theme Comes to Life at The Children's Place
Volunteers from Tension Envelope Corporation, JC Penney's DLC, and The United Way's Board of Trustees joined more than 3,000 volunteers metro wide to tackle 144 different projects throughout the community. Volunteers at The Children's Place were able to accomplish a major outdoor clean up, furniture moving and classroom clean up all before Noon! Thank you to all of the hard working folks who gave up part of their weekend to ensure that life will be a little brighter for the very special children here.
