Your email message should contain a detailed description of your concern, including names, locations, statements, and actions by the person, or people, involved. If you would like a member of the Board of Directors to follow-up with you regarding your concern, please include your name and a phone number so they can reach you. |

Call the Compliance Telephone Hotline at 816.363.1898 ext. 456 during office hours. After office hours, call 816.363.1898 and dial extension 456 when the auto-attendant answers the phone. Leave a detailed message describing your concern, including names, locations, statements, and actions by the person, or people, involved. If you would like a member of the Board of Directors to follow-up with you regarding your concern, please leave a name and phone number so they can reach you. |
